Privacy Policy

Inferfare is the trading name of the AI workspace and API gateway operated by Ichor & Incense Enterprises Limited (“Ichor”, “we”, “us”, “the merchant”). This policy is published for customers, payment-gateway reviewers, and anyone who uses inferfare.com, api.inferfare.com, or a related Inferfare service.

What we sell: digital workspace access and prepaid Inferfare model credit. We do not sell physical goods.
2. Scope
This policy covers personal data and billing data processed when you create an account, sign in, pay for Inferfare credit, use the workspace, call the API, or contact us. It does not replace the privacy policy of a model provider you connect with your own key.
3. Information we collect
Account data: email address, sign-in method, workspace settings, language preference, and profile details you choose to store.
Billing data: amount selected at checkout, payment references returned by our payment gateway, invoice records, and whether a charge succeeded, failed, was refunded, or was disputed. Card number, expiry, and security code are submitted to the payment gateway to authorize the charge. Inferfare does not store your full card number or CSC.
Usage data: model calls, token counts, remaining Inferfare credit, virtual-key prefixes, connection names, and gateway activity needed to operate entitlements and prevent abuse.
Content: prompts, attached text files, and outputs you generate. We transmit that content to the included Inferfare model or to the provider you connected.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, approximate location derived from IP, and cookies or local storage required to keep you signed in and remember language and theme.
4. How we use it
We use this information to operate Inferfare, authenticate you, take and confirm payment, deliver digital access and credit, apply credit and key limits, prevent fraud and abuse, issue invoices, handle refunds and disputes, improve reliability, and communicate about your account. We do not sell your personal information and we do not rent it to marketers.
5. Payments and processors
Checkout is processed by our licensed payment gateway. The gateway receives the information required to authorize the charge, run fraud checks, and settle funds. Hosting, email, and operational infrastructure process data only to run Inferfare. We may share account and billing data with those processors, with professional advisers, with a buyer of the Inferfare business, and when the law requires it. Each processor may only use the data to provide its service to us or as the law requires.
6. Bring-your-own-key
If you save a provider API key, we store it server-side so the workspace can route requests. The secret is not shown again after you save it. Requests sent with that key, and the bills those requests create, are between you and that provider. Inferfare credit is not used for those bills.
7. Cookies and local storage
Inferfare uses essential cookies or local storage for the sign-in session, language (English or Arabic), and workspace display preferences. These are required for the site to function. We do not use advertising cookies.
8. Retention
We keep account, billing, invoice, refund, and dispute records for as long as the workspace exists and for as long as tax, accounting, card-network, or security rules require after it closes. You can delete chats in the workspace. Closing an account does not erase records we must keep to prove a payment, refund, or dispute.
9. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask for a copy of the personal data we hold, ask us to correct it, object to certain processing, or request deletion. Email privacy@inferfare.ai from the account email. We will respond within 30 days, or sooner if a shorter period is required. We may keep billing records that the law or the payment gateway requires us to retain.
10. International transfers
Inferfare is offered worldwide. Your data may be processed on servers and by payment or hosting providers in more than one country. We take contractual and technical steps appropriate to the transfer. By creating an account or completing checkout you understand that this processing is necessary to deliver the digital service you bought.
11. Security
We use encryption in transit, scoped virtual keys, access controls on production systems, and hashed storage of Inferfare API secrets. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Do not put passwords, card numbers, or provider secrets in chat messages.
12. Children
Inferfare is a business service. It is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has created an account, email privacy@inferfare.ai and we will close it.
13. Changes
We may update this policy when the product, the law, or our processors change. The date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
