Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are a contract between you and Ichor & Incense Enterprises Limited. They apply when you visit inferfare.com, create an account, complete checkout, or call the Inferfare API. Related rules for digital delivery, refunds, disputes, and privacy are part of this contract: Delivery Policy, Refund Policy, Dispute Policy, and Privacy Policy.

You accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Delivery Policy, the Refund Policy, and the Dispute Policy when you tick the required boxes during registration or sign-in, create an account, complete checkout, or send a request to the API. Electronic acceptance is a signature for these documents. If you use Inferfare for an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization. We may refuse, delay, or close an account that does not accept the current documents.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. Inferfare is a business tool. You are responsible for any tax identification or business registration your jurisdiction requires.

4. Accounts and virtual keys

You are responsible for workspace activity and for keeping virtual keys secret. Revoke a key immediately if it is lost or unused. We may suspend or close an account that we reasonably believe is abused, compromised, used to attack the service, or used to evade payment.

5. Prices, taxes, and authorization

Credit amounts are shown in United States dollars. The card is charged in UAE dirhams (AED) at the official UAE peg. The Pay button shows the AED charge before you confirm. Any taxes or fees the gateway must collect are displayed before you confirm. By placing an order you authorize our payment gateway to charge the selected payment method for that AED amount. Inferfare credit posted after confirmation equals the USD amount you selected.

6. Delivery of digital products

Inferfare sells digital access and prepaid credit only. There is no physical shipment. Delivery is described in the Delivery Policy. By completing checkout you request immediate performance and agree that access and credit may be applied as soon as the payment is confirmed.

7. Refunds, cancellation, and disputes

Refunds follow the Refund Policy. There is no recurring charge to cancel. Prepaid credit already delivered is not refunded except as the Refund Policy or applicable law requires. Billing disagreements follow the Dispute Policy.

8. Acceptable use

Do not use Inferfare to break the law, to attack systems you do not own, to generate or store child sexual abuse material, to commit fraud, or to evade usage or payment limits. You must follow the acceptable-use rules of any provider you connect. We may refuse, rate-limit, or terminate traffic that threatens the platform or other customers.

9. Your content and model outputs

You retain rights in prompts, files, and outputs that belong to you. You grant us a limited license to process them so we can provide the gateway. Outputs can be wrong, incomplete, or unsafe. You are responsible for reviewing them before you rely on them, especially in production systems.

10. Providers you connect

When you add a provider key or endpoint, you authorize Inferfare to send your requests there. Those providers have their own terms and bills. We are not responsible for their models, uptime, or charges.

11. Availability and no SLA

We aim to keep Inferfare available. We do not warrant uninterrupted, timely, or error-free service, and we do not offer an uptime SLA, response-time SLA, or priority support unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. Maintenance, provider outages, network issues, exhausted credit, or a declined payment can pause requests. The included model, connected models, and workspace features may change, be rate-limited, or be withdrawn as we operate the service.

12. Model output is not advice

Outputs from the included model and from any provider you connect can be wrong, incomplete, biased, or unsafe. Inferfare is not a lawyer, doctor, financial adviser, or engineer. You must review outputs before you rely on them. You are solely responsible for decisions, publications, code, and production systems that use those outputs.

13. Credit has no cash value

Inferfare credit is a prepaid usage balance for the included inferfare model. It is not money on deposit, not a stored-value account, and not transferable. Prepaid credit does not expire. It remains on the workspace until consumed or until we close the account under these Terms. Credit is not refundable except as the Refund Policy or applicable law requires.

14. Intellectual property

Inferfare, Ichor, the marks, and the product interface are owned by Ichor & Incense Enterprises Limited and its licensors. You may not copy the product, scrape it, reverse engineer it except where the law allows, or use the brand in a way that suggests you operate Inferfare.

15. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, quiet enjoyment, and non-infringement. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, replacement services, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, even if we were told they were possible. Our total liability for all claims relating to Inferfare is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in the one month before the claim, or USD 50 if you paid nothing. Multiple claims do not enlarge that cap. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that the law does not allow us to exclude.

16. Indemnity

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ichor & Incense Enterprises Limited and its officers, contractors, and processors against claims, losses, fines, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) that arise from your content, your users, your connected providers, your keys, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of law.

17. Suspension, refusal, and termination

We may refuse registration, suspend, rate-limit, or close an account immediately if we reasonably believe it is abused, compromised, used to attack the service, used to evade payment, used unlawfully, or used in a way that creates legal, security, or chargeback risk. You may stop using Inferfare at any time. Prepaid credit already delivered is not refunded except as the Refund Policy or applicable law requires. We may change prices, credit amounts, or these Terms. The date above changes when we do. Continued use after an update is acceptance. If you do not accept an update, you must stop using the service.

18. Force majeure and assignment

We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including provider outages, payment-network failures, hosting faults, law, or force majeure. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them to an affiliate or to a successor of the Inferfare business.

19. Entire agreement and records

These Terms and the linked policies are the entire agreement for Inferfare. They replace prior statements about the same subject. Marketing pages, blogs, and support chat are not warranties. Our logs, checkout records, and your ticked acceptances are evidence of the contract. Notices to you may be sent to the account email.

20. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the place of incorporation of Ichor & Incense Enterprises Limited, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue for disputes we are allowed to litigate is the courts competent for that place of incorporation, except that we may seek injunctive relief anywhere to protect the service. If a court finds a section unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived still apply.
